This program is written in java, JDK 1.2 or above has to be installed in your computer for running this program.

Please click the following links to download tha paper and program.

(1) make a dir (let's say PRSI) to save PRSI.jar file. (2) unbound the files, in commond mode type: "jar -xvf PRSI.jar" (3) you can start the program either by typing "java PRSI" in commond mode or by clicking the PRSI icon in window
